Convenient location near the fish roundabout and within walking distance of the Union metro junction. Polite and friendly staff who provided a positive and welcoming experience. Good wifi connection in the room. Plenty of nearby eating places for convenience.

During my stay, I enjoyed the convenience of the location next to the Al-Ghurair mall and being close to transportation options. Great location, easy access to nearby attractions. Check, in was quick and staff were helpful. the room was clean and tidy with hot water always available. Room service took good care of our food orders, and the meals were delicious. Enjoyed the relaxing massage in the hotel.

The Wi, Fi was unreliable, constantly disconnecting. Some noise from nearby clubs at night, but it wasn't too bothersome.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, Deira Metro station, and shopping centers. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a cozy cafe on site.
